Michael is currently
the co-founder of
Eiseman Business
Concepts a full
service personal and
small business
consulting company.
He specializes in
behavioral
assessments and
coaching services,
small business
practices and
financial coaching
under the name of
Eiseman Financial
Coaching. After 4
years of service he
left the military
with a rank of
Captain and joined
his family’s
wholesale electrical
distribution
business after
working in all
departments of the
company Michael
advanced to
Executive Vice
President with
responsibility of
all internal
operations of a 75
million dollar plus
company. Having been
in that business for
24 years it was time
to try other
opportunities. Over
the course of the
next few years
Michael was involved
with starting a
coffee shop and
restaurant, The
Backstage Coffee
Company, office and
residential rental
management,
warehouse operations
for Neiman Marcus
and an executive
pastor of a church.
He was also the
Executive Director
of an international
trade association –
The Embroidery Trade
Association (ETA).
During his tenure he
was able to increase
membership,
increased the number
of vendors
associated with the
association,
developed
newsletters and
trades shows and
restructured the
operations to
perform more
efficiently. Michael
and his wife, Kay,
have been married
for 41 years, have 6
children, 10
grandchildren and
currently live in
McKinney, TX.
